Chandler and Rich’s engagement session at Cross Estate Gardens was magical! They booked me for their wedding just a couple of weeks ago, and I was so excited to meet them in person. I had the best time getting to know them as a couple and I cannot wait for their wedding next year at Stone House at Stirling Ridge!

Chandler says that Rich could not have chosen a better way to propose! Chandler and Rich were visiting her parents in North Carolina when Rich asked if she wanted to take a walk on the beach. She admits that this question made her slightly suspicious, but figured that he couldn’t have hidden a ring anywhere. As they were walking down the beach, Chandler noticed that Rich starting slowing down. Then he got down on one knee and asked Chandler to marry him. Of course, she said “YES!”

As she was soaking in the moment, Chandler noticed that there was a woman standing nearby who photographed the entire proposal (and she was so happy to see this because she had left her phone at home!). After Chandler said “yes!”, Rich called out to the photographer who actually turned out to be Chandler’s sister. Chandler had no idea her sister had been there the whole time and it made her so emotional! Afterwards, Chandlers parents came down to meet them on the beach. They celebrated that night with a big family dinner. Chandler could not have asked for a better proposal!
