Samantha and David’s wedding at The Tides Estate was a day to remember! From Samantha’s beaded wedding dress to the customized wooden name cards on each place setting, every detail was so beautifully planned. I had such a great time second shooting with my sweet friend Laura of Laura Lee Photography. It was our first time working together, and we had a blast!
I pulled up to David’s parents home the morning of the wedding to photograph him & his groomsmen getting ready. David’s sweet Mom suggested that I check out her bedroom as a possible location to take portraits. Let me tell you, it was perfect! Between the white walls, large windows, and beautiful furnishings, I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful space to photograph the groomsmen. After spending the morning with the guys, I drove over to The Tides Estate to catch back up with Laura. Samantha was getting ready in the bridal suite, and I was able to photograph some bridal portraits of her while we waited for David and his groomsmen to arrive.
Once everyone was on the property, we got in place for the first look (my favorite!). David has the sweetest reaction when he turned around and saw his beautiful bride to be! After they shared their moment together, we started to take some bride and groom portraits. The Tides Estate has the most incredible grounds for picture taking! It was such a cold fall day, but you would never know it by looking at Samantha & David’s pictures. They were total champs!
Samantha and David tied the knot during their ceremony at St. Anthony’s in Hawthorne, NJ. From there, we headed back to The Tides Estate for the reception, which was complete with a live painter (!!!), beautiful floral centerpieces, and one of the best live bands I’ve ever heard. Enjoy some of my favorites from their wedding day below!
Congratulations, Samantha & David!
