Ashley and Justin were SUCH troopers during their engagement session earlier this month. It was one of the hottest days of the summer, and these two totally rocked it! When Ashley told me that she and Justin wanted to have their session in New York City, I couldn’t have been more excited. They wanted to have photographs taken in all of the places that played a significant part of their relationship, such as the location of their first date and first kiss. I thought that was such a sweet idea!

New York City has always been on of my favorite places to photograph my couples because of the unique architecture, quaint streets, and beautiful parks. Ashley and Justin’s engagement session checked all of those boxes! We started our session inside Cafe Clover; a beautiful restaurant with the prettiest blue color scheme. Afterwards, we walked through the streets on the lookout for classic New York City architecture. We finished our session in Washington Square Park, where we had the most gorgeous golden hour light and beautiful brownstone buildings.
