Beautiful dress, beautiful venue, and a gorgeous couple in love! Have I ever mentioned that I absolutely love second shooting for Tracey Krick? Because I do. She is SO wonderful to work with and such a great friend. Thank you, Tracey, for letting me come along to another one of your fabulous weddings!
Katharine + Lee tied the knot at the Historic Acres of Hershey in Hershey Park, PA. I know I say this a lot, but…. what an amazing venue. Pennsylvania sure does have a lot of those! The Historic Acres of Hershey was full of original stone buildings, barns, and a beautiful new reception hall complete with cathedral ceilings and more chandeliers than I could count. Katharine’s strapless sweetheart lace dress and light blue satin heels were the epitome of classic elegance. Her bridesmaids wore long, flowing, royal blue dresses and held bouquets with beautiful blue hydrangea blooms…. my favorite! When I went downstairs to photograph the groom & groomsmen getting ready, Katharine’s dad handed me his pocket watch to photograph. It belonged to his grandfather and has been passed down from generation to generation. It’s over 100 years old, and it still works!! How cool is that? I love it!
From the string quartet playing during the ceremony to the delicate paper fans supplied to all of the guests who watched, Katharine + Lee thought of it all — and their day was truly a wonderful celebration. Congratulations, Katharine + Lee!
