Ahhhh….looking at these pictures makes me want to go back to Maine right now!  The first time we went to Maine we were actually staying on the coastal side of New Hampshire and ventured up to Kennebunkport for the day.  We decided for the next vacation that we wanted to check out Bar Harbor the following year, and we loved it so much that we went back this year!

We went on a boat tour of the island the first day which was super fun.  It was pretty gray out (excuse the first bunch of pictures!), but it took us by Martha Stewart’s house and also by some of the houses that are owned by the Rockefeller family, which was pretty cool.  After that, we spent most of our time last week in Acadia National Park.  It’s seriously amazing.  There’s enough to do to there to keep you busy for weeks!  This year we visited Cadillac Mountain, Sand Beach, Bubble Rock, & Jordan Pond. We tried going up the Precipice Trail but turned around because it was crazy hard.  Google it, it’s literally insane, haha!

It was so nice to get away and wake up looking at the ocean every day last week!  I totally miss that.  And eating all of the blueberry cobbler on the island.  I miss that too.  Haha! Enjoy some of the pictures that we took from last week!
