Now, I’ve known Ellesa for QUITE a long time — we were actually in the same preschool class!  We’ve taken dance classes together, gone on vacation with each other, & even ended up going to the same prom during high school!  I’ve been able to watch her grow over the years into the sincere, kind, and giving person she is today…. and I couldn’t be more proud of her!

A couple of years ago, I heard about this guy named Kevin through the grapevine (my mom and Ellesa’s mom are super close!).  I remember seeing pictures of Kevin & Ellesa pop up on Facebook and thinking oh my goodness YES they’re Facebook official — now I have to meet him!  

The first time I met Kevin was while eating chili hot dogs and fries at Stewart’s for dinner. It took me about two seconds to realize that he was a keeper.  And no, I’m not just saying that! I don’t remember much about the conversation that we all had that night, but I DO remember Kevin’s sweet personality, how genuinely interested he was in getting to know me, and how he looked at Ellesa like she was the only girl in the world.

Flash forward a couple of years,  and Ellesa and Kevin are as happy as ever!  They are literally the perfect pair.  I had so much fun photographing them at the arboretum last weekend (talk about a dream worthy backdrop!) and I think they had fun too 😉 Enjoy some of my favorites from their session!
