The Palace at Somerset Park | NJ Wedding Photographer | Jen and Danny

I’m so excited to share Jen and Danny’s gorgeous wedding at The Palace at Somerset Park today! Jen and Danny are both teachers and met each other at work. They lived in the same town growing up, and Jen went to school with Danny’s brother. Jen says that, in a way, they kind of knew each other beforehand because of this! Flash forward a few years and Danny proposed to Jen in front of Cinderella’s Castle in Disney. Jen is a huge Disney fan, so to say that she was ecstatic would be a serious understatement!

One of my favorites moments from Jen and Danny’s wedding day was their ceremony. The entryway of The Palace is so beautiful and grand – complete with huge columns and dramatic staircases. It’s no wonder they chose this spot for their ceremony location! Jen looked like royalty as she walked out onto the balcony (smiling from ear to ear and SO excited to see all of her guests!) and walked down the stairs to meet Danny.

My second favorite moment from their wedding day was the epic firework display that they had towards the end of the night! I had never photographed fireworks at a wedding before, and it was so fun to experience. Not only did I love photographing Jen and Danny with the fireworks in front of them, but their guests reactions, too!
